Gallery Rental

Waverly Street Gallery provides a unique setting for receptions. parties, and events for up to 50 participants. Your guests can enjoy a beautiful space with the added benefit of viewing original fine art by our members.

Rates and Procedures

• $175 per hour

• A gallery member or designee must be on site during leasee’s use of the space.

• Tenant is responsible for returning premises to a neat and clean condition satisfactory to Waverly Street Gallery.

• Not available during regular gallery hours.

• Alcoholic beverages may be served following the Montgomery County Laws for Alcohol use at private functions.
