Membership Application Information
Most members show several pieces of their work each month and regularly include new work.

The yearly calendar includes five member solo shows and four juried guest solo shows.

A member may request a solo show once every two years.

An Invitational Show is held in February, and December is reserved for a Members’ Holiday Sale.

The gallery is closed in August for maintenance.

Monthly fees are $75 and 10% commission on sales, except in December when the commission is 20%.
Basic membership duties include:

Gallery sitting during open hours. Gallery currently is open Thursday-Sunday from 1-6 pm. Members sign up for sitting on monthly calendar. Depending on number of members, frequency of sitting may vary.

Attendance at monthly meetings of the full membership to stay informed on gallery matters and express an opinion.

Participation in a committee related to various gallery operations. Committees relate to finance/business, marketing, exhibitions, and maintenance.

Attendance at monthly opening receptions.

Help to staff an opening reception a couple of times a year. These duties are assigned.

Help install a show once every four months

Curate a guest artist show every two years.

A year’s commitment to the gallery is expected once membership begins. Three months’ notice is expected upon resignation.
